| CAGLIARI, ITALY-(13-6-2003) Despite the light wind on the Poetto gulf, in Cagliari, the seventh and eighth races of the Tornado European Championship had completed.
In a light breeze, about 6-8 knots, the Race Comitee started the race at about 2:00pm. The conditions are very demanding for the strategy and it seem that the right side of the race area is the favourite.
The first three places in the European Tornado Championship are for the Austrians crew Hagara A./Seidl, first, and Hagara R./Steinacher Hans, second and the Russian crew Kirilyuk-Ushkov is third.
In the 5 th Mats Nyberg Trophy, at the first position is always the Australian team Bundock/Forbes;then, the Austrian crew Hagara A./Seidl and Hagara R./Steinacher Hans.
Tonight all the crews are invited to the party scheduled for the 10:00pm, at the Yacht Club Cagliari. Tomorrow the last two races of the Championship are scheduled starting from about 2.00pm.
