BARCELONA, SPAIN-(10-3-2006) The Federació Catalana de Vela (FCV) is preparing all the details so that next the 31 of March the XII be initiated edition of the Barcelona Olympic Sail Week, (BOSW), II edition of the PHARO Regatta, that a year will count more on the first figures of world-wide the Olympic’ sail, because many sailors have initiated their race to be in the Olympic Regatta of the Games of Beijing.
