Valencia, Spain - The cool weather over Northern Europe this past week or so has been a harsh reminder that winter is here and the end of year is coming up fast. Valencia, Spain - The close of April brought a flurry of activity at the Valencia headquarters of the America's Cup as the final challenge deadline passed on the 29th of April.
