Lausanne, Switzerland - Today, the IOC President Jacques Rogge and ASBU President Habib Chawki Hamraoui officially signed the agreement awarding the 2012 Olympic broadcast rights in the Middle East to the Arab States Broadcasting Union. The agreement was announced last month.
